Trinity Health IHA Medical Group earns Gold+ Recognition for Excellence in Blood Pressure Management

Health care is essential, and high blood pressure is a key contributor to chronic illness and serious health outcomes. That’s why we’re proud to announce that Trinity Health IHA Medical Group has been honored with the Gold+ Level Achievement Award from the Target: BP Initiative, a joint effort by the American Heart Association and American Medical Association.
Nearly half of all adults in the U.S. live with some form of cardiovascular disease, including heart attack, stroke, or heart failure. High cholesterol, Type 2 diabetes, and uncontrolled high blood pressure are leading risk factors. However, with timely diagnosis, evidence-based treatment, and ongoing education, these conditions can be effectively managed.
