Excellent doctor and staff
It has been over 24 years since Dr. Rapp did Surgery on me , recently I had found out that I had a survivor medical condition that if not treated could put me back in a wheelchair , I knew that it would take another surgery to correct it , and I knew that having it would greatly improve my health and walking , when I had this conversation with Dr. Rapp , and he agreed that it would take another surgery to correct it , we started scheduling the appointment for another surgery...
I felt rushed during my appointment, like the doctor was in a hurry to get through my appointment. All of the reflexes/tests to see where I'm experiencing pain were done very quickly. I also didn't entirely have an understanding of what the doctor suspects is going on or exactly what he's looking for on my imaging given the information I provided.
Extremely knowledgeable with wonderful patient interaction skills; explains everything clearly and shows attention to my needs.
I love the way he explains what is happening with my back. He shows me and explains everything.

I finally had my follow up appointment with Dr. Rapp regarding my back the office staff and Dr. Rapp were extremely friendly, caring, thoughtful, and understanding to my needs. I would highly recommend this office if you're in need of a neurosurgeon.
Dr. Rapp was very friendly, kind, considerate and thoughtful to my medical needs. He had to excuse himself for a peer peer review for a upcoming surgery and someone else, and he was considered enough to explain to me that he was expecting the call so I wasn't caught off guard when he left. I was very appreciative of that.

Dr. Rapp explained what my procedure would be very well and slowly so I could understand and follow as he pointed to the model of my spine.
Dr. Rapp is thorough and professional. I like that he took the time to go over my MRI with me and my husband, which no previous doctor did. Dr. Rapp also took the time to write detailed notes in my patient portal!
