Applicants

Eligibility/Selection Criteria

• Applicants must apply through ERAS, we currently have 17 spots that we will be filling for PGY 1
• We use Thalamus for scheduling, and all interviews are virtual through Zoom.
• We require a minimum 3 LOR’s.
• We only accept J1 visa, US citizens, Green Card, Permanent Resident, and EAD
• If the applicant has an ECFMG certificate, please include it in your application.
• The graduation cut off time is 4 years of the current year with clinical experience. If the applicant has graduated more than 4 years ago, we will still accept as long as the applicant has done post graduate training or is working in a clinical role.
• We won’t be able to give the approximate USMLE score (step 2 or 3) that we are looking for. Scores are not the only factor we will look at. We do a holistic review.
• We do not offer observership/externship opportunities
• If applicant is selected for an interview, they will be notified through Thalamus
• While we preferentially review applications from those who signal our program, we also consider applicants who do not signal us
