Rachel is GREAT!
Rachel was extremely patient when listening to the 'events' that led-up to the kyphoplasty. I wanted her to have the background as to why the procedure had been delayed close to 7 months. She listened closely, reviewed the MRI and determined there were additional problems with the lumbar. Perhaps they could have been addressed months ago and I could have been pain free in September 2025.

Rachel is great in that she listens to the pt, and works with them to make sure they get appropriate follow up treatment.
