She was incredibly thoughtful and thorough. I’ve never had someone explain bloodwork like this and made it easy to understand next steps. Her kindness also gave me some comfort during the unknown. I’ve avoided this type of procedure fo years out of fear and she made me feel safe. I wish all doctors and offices were this kind and compassionate for us scardy cats.
