He's very knowledgeable and respectful
He genuinely seems to be a knowledgeable man with a good heart. However, when going thru cancer treatments and followups, patients need a little more understanding and compassion. He asks how you are doing, but he does not seem to genuinely care how you answer. Cancer is scary and makes patients feel completely out of control with their body. When it comes to follow-up care I want someone to take things slow and help me understand all the changes happening.

There was a little delay in the appointment, but once seen - Dr Azar is great about explaining test results, courses of treatment, next steps, etc. He also listens to any concerns and answers any questions you may have.

Dr Azar is an excellent doctor who gave me time and attention to explain my specific situation, how it differed from other women seeking hormone replacement therapy and how I should best proceed. He instilled enormous confidence as he explained the medical specifics in a clear and digestible fashion.. He even sat down and drew out some of the clinical specifics and ramifications in a diagram that I could take home to further understand. I highly recommend Dr. Azar.
