Primary Care:
Offering primary care services for the whole family. Our team of providers work together to deliver a comprehensive, personalized patient experience. We specialize family medicine and pediatrics to help you and your family stay healthy while providing the care you deserve.
Primary Care Services:
- General medical exams and yearly physicals
- Pediatric, adolescent and adult healthcare
- Treatment of acute illnesses, such as upper respiratory infections or skin infections Immunization, flu and pneumonia shots
- Minor surgical procedures (stitches, lesions, etc.)
- On-site lab
- Video visits and online scheduling available
- Same or next day visits
- Access to nurse triage 24/7
- Preventive care and chronic condition support
For added scheduling flexibility, primary care appointments are available in the early morning, over the lunch hour, and into the early evening, making it easier to find a time that works with your schedule.
Urgent Care:
When you need immediate, convenient care for non-life-threatening conditions, Trinity Health Urgent Care - Allendale offers comprehensive care for adults and children. Urgent care is available seven days a week, with hours Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Our urgent care experts are available for you and your loved ones.
Virtual Urgent Care:
Trinity Health is taking telehealth primary care to the next level and making it more accessible than ever. We now have on-staff Virtualists, providers dedicated to offering virtual care. This service is ideal when you’re on the go, need a same-day appointment or are unable to make an in-person visit with your primary care provider. You can see a trusted Trinity Health provider from anywhere you can use your smartphone, tablet or computer.
