This comprehensive 18-month program combines affordable housing, career development and financial empowerment to support healthcare workers experiencing housing instability. This program helps address critical housing needs for essential healthcare workers while supporting career growth, financial stability and long-term independence. Additional support from Trinity Health resources will help participants explore and pursue career advancement opportunities.

The program also includes individualized financial coaching and participation in a savings program designed to help build long-term financial stability.
Funding Needs
THAA has generously provided in kind support by providing the building space for this initiative. The total cost of the project is $500,000. We have secured a $200,000 match grant dollar-for-dollar from a generous donor.
To initiate this project and prepare the fifteen units for residents, we are seeking $300,000 in capital support from various donors.
