Trinity Health Michigan Housing
Access to Safe, Affordable Housing
Strong communities begin with stable housing.
Across Michigan, access to safe, affordable housing is increasingly out of reach for many individuals and families, creating challenges that affect economic security, community vitality and overall well-being. Through Community Health Needs Assessments conducted across the state, seven of Trinity Health Michigan's nine hospitals identified housing as a priority issue, underscoring the important role housing plays in building healthier communities.
As one of Michigan's largest health systems, Trinity Health Michigan is working alongside local partners to address housing challenges through strategic investments, collaborative partnerships and community-based solutions. From expanding affordable housing opportunities and supporting workforce housing to preventing homelessness and advancing neighborhood revitalization efforts, our approach reflects the unique needs of the communities we serve.
While housing priorities vary by region, our goal is shared: to help create communities where every person has the opportunity to live in safe, stable housing and achieve their fullest potential.
