I have already recommended Dr. Mast to a friend who needs a cardiologist. Usually specialist doctors are arrogant nose. Mast listened, responded to my concerns and made reasonable adjustment. What more could I ask?
This is my first time meeting dr Steven Mast, he was very polite and went over everything with me realy well. I did not feel uncomfortable at all with this dr. I'm going to miss Dr Bonnema but this dr seems realy knowledgeable. I believe he will be great.

I was given an EKG on this visit. I would have liked to have discussed the results. Unfortunately I had to wait until I got home to visit MyChart to see the results.
Dr. Mast explained my situation so I understood. Very satisfied. Dr.Mast worked me in for a scheduled appointment that scheduling had changed my time without telling me. They said, they called me and left a voicemail which I saved and they "did not" say anything about changing my appointment time and the call lasted 8 minutes. I did show the doctor on my iPhone and the receptionist who was extremely nice. Anyway it all worked out ok.
