Probably an excellent provider, but after making the appointment my medical circumstances changed, making it impossible to receive treatment until June or July. The gizmo he gave me to put between my toes did give me relief. I will return for future treatment.
The female resident (forgot her name ) was wonderful! She made me totally comfortable, was fun, interesting and extremely good at her profession.

Dr. Ryan listen to my concerns regarding my feet. He took x-rays and told me the results of the x-rays. I had an additional question about a toe on my 1 foot and he said the callous near my cuticle was causing my pain. Then he said he was gonna send me to a neurologist to have my feet checked out for neuropathy. I wasn’t understanding that and neither did the Neurologist because I have no foot pain. The pain I came in for ended up being on toe that was broken 15 years ago and had a bone chip on it per the x-rays.

I may have spent 4 or 5 minutes with the provider. It felt a bit rushed, especially after I waited a month and a half to get an appointment in Ypsilanti.

I saw him for a severely disfigured broken toe and he put my very upset mind at ease instantly. I really liked Dr Oliver Ryan. I liked what he had to say about my medical issue. I did have other medical issues I wanted to mention but he looked like he was in a rush and I didn't feel comfortable mentioning anything else.
I got my appointment time mixed up and showed up 45 mins early. Dr. Ryan worked me in and I was done by the time of my actual appointment time.

I did that above. He was dismissive, condescending, and did not examine my foot other than to push in the painful spot. Never checked movement/strength. Did not listen to me. Called me “My Dear”. I was extremely angry leaving.

Great service from the front desk to the provider. Dr. Ryan has an excellent bedside manner. He was thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. The wait was short and the visit was quick although it was not rushed in any way. I usually don’t see male providers but I felt at ease in his office.
