Dr. Hicks is an exceptional doctor I could not have asked for better Doctor along with his team. They are carrying understanding and they listen.
He really listens and cares!
Difficult to reach Dr / NP, staffers unable to answer questions or relay information in a timely fashion, staffers repeat : "I don't know the answers to that, you need to talk to Dr or NP," yet unresponsive to calls or texts. A loop system without success.
