Dr Kramer is very kind, listens to me, and makes me feel I am well cared for. He takes his time.
What can I say, he was incredibly informative and very respectful. He listened to my questions and answered them in a way that I could understand. I would recommend this office and staff to anyone!!

Everyone working with Dr. Kramer directly is awesome. The daytime people at front reception are terrible. I was sent home for being 10 minutes late with no discussion. The appt time had been changed, the only indication of this was on the Trinity health site which I was having trouble accessing. I was treated very abruptly and without any care. When I called later to reschedule, I was given an appointment 8 months later….the people on the phone were kind and I was able to leave a message about my treatment. The appointment was my annual checkup, but I did have some other issues to discuss. When Dr. Kramer heard what happened, I was given an appointment a week later. I also appreciated getting a call from the doctor the next day apologizing for my treatment, although I know it wasn’t his fault. Bottom line is that your front end people need training in how to be empathetic and kind. Thank you for listening.

Dr should be allowed to spend as much time with patients in your annual exam as necessary. I tend to address issues at time instead of having to make additional appointments. I do understand that isn’t necessarily an option
