Very professional with a great "bedside manner".
I am very understanding of the office running behind especially in inclement weather. My suggestion is for someone to update a waiting patient to say “we didn’t forget you”. After sitting in the exam room for more than 30 minutes, I start to wonder if I was missed. I’m patient and want everyone to receive proper care - just a quick acknowledgment would be reassuring.
