This was my first experience with Dr. Moore. I really liked him and appreciate his knowledge and feedback. I felt like he cared about me and didn't try to rush through my appointment.

I said this at the beginning of the survey: This was my first visit to Dr. Moore and I am so happy to have him as my Electrophysiologist. I feel that I have someone that I can trust and reach out to when I am in need. Thank you to Dr. Harmon for recommending him!

Dr. Moore made me feel confident in my decision regarding surgery! He answered all my questions and did so in a way that I completely understood the procedure!

It was my first appointment. I feltat ease during our meeting. He walked me through my heart health issues, ways to improve my heart health, and set up a surgery date. When our meeting was finished I understood my health needs and felt confident that Dr. Moore was the surgeon for me!

Dr Moore "knows his stuff". He defined the health issue and proposed a treatment plan, providing the rationale for all that he proposed. As always, he was calm and caring. Both my wife and I have confidence in him.

I cant hear very well so if my hearing aids are not in for whatever reason I have a hard time hearing everyone.

My atrial flutter was to be corrected when I had my heart ablation and it was overlooked. Consequently I will need another procedure. I still have trust and respect for Dr. Moore, however II feel that I should not be billed for this procedure.
