Trinity Health Breast Center – Lakes Village Awarded Center of Excellence Certification

Norton Shores, Mich. (Nov. 14, 2025) – The National Quality Measures for Breast Centers (NQMBC) recently announced it has recognized Trinity Health Breast Center – Lakes Village in Norton Shores as a Certified Quality Breast Center of Excellence™. Trinity Health Breast Center – Lakes Village is one of only 36 breast centers in the nation with the certification and is one of only two in Michigan, along with Trinity Health Breast Center – Grand Rapids Campus.

This is the highest level of recognition awarded by the NQMBC, a program developed by the National Consortium of Breast Centers. It recognizes a center’s quality performance based on several data-driven criteria, such as timeliness from biopsy to surgery, documentation of margins, genetic testing for patients, and much more.

It is the fourth consecutive year the NQMBC has given this recognition to Trinity Health Breast Center – Lakes Village, which focuses on total breast health – from screening mammograms and lifetime risk analysis to the latest treatments.
