Double Your Impact with Matching Gifts

Did you know many companies offer matching gift programs to support their employees’ charitable giving? If your employer participates, your donation to Saint Mary’s Foundation could be matched dollar for dollar, doubling your impact in our community.

How It Works

1. Donate to Saint Mary's Foundation
2. Check with your employer’s HR or CSR department to see if they offer matching gifts or visit this website to look up your organization – Employee Match Programs: What to Know Before You Donate
3. Submit your company’s matching gift form – online or paper – to initiate the match.
4. We’ll verify your gift and receive the matching funds directly from your employer.

• You can choose to commemorate a birthday, anniversary or other special occasion by making a gift to Saint Mary's Foundation. We will send an acknowledgement card to the honored person when you provide us their address.
• You can request that gifts be made to Saint Mary's Foundation in lieu of flowers at a funeral. We'll make it easy for you.
• You can designate Saint Mary's Foundation to benefit from a fundraising effort at your company, school or church.

6) In-Kind Donations

If you would like to donate supplies or items to Trinity Health Grand Rapids, please contact Saint Mary’s Foundation or complete the In-Kind Donation Form below. For more information, please call 616-685-1891 or email foundation@trinity-health.org.

Medical supplies, such as dressings and bandages, are not accepted. Please consider donating these items to your local not-for-profit mission organization.
