Creating a Healthier West Michigan

The Health Project is the community health partner of Trinity Health along Michigan's west coast.

We work to improve the lives of our neighbors throughout West Michigan by providing free health care support, advocacy, access, and services for those in need. By doing this, we are creating a healthier West Michigan and a brighter future for everyone.
