Activity Expectations for 12-month Sports PT Residency:
1,500 clinical practice hours including 150 mentored hours with board-certified sport PT specialists and greater than 300 education hours.

- Ie. Baseball, Soccer, Football, Dance, Gymnastics, Golf, Hockey, Track & Field, etc

 - Progression of Diagnostic/Prognostic Training
 - Sports Physical Therapy at TrinityElite Clinic with Sports Certified Specialist PTs

- 1:1 mentored patient care – resident providing care

- 1:1 mentored competency practice and completion

- Training room coverage and sideline acute injury and emergency management with Licensed Athletic Trainer

- Teaching assistant position with Wayne State University’s 3rd-year exercise class
