TrinityElite Sports Performance incorporates athletic development models in performance training.
Athletic development focuses on learning and mastering basic movement skills. We introduce age‑appropriate activities in a fun, positive setting to build a strong foundation for lifelong fitness. Our trainers aim to be positive role models, promoting teamwork and supporting physical and emotional growth. By teaching skills that match an individual’s mental, physical, and emotional stage, we help prevent injury and burnout. At TrinityElite Sports Performance, we also encourage multi‑sport participation to build well‑rounded, confident movers.
We offer:
Private and semi-private training
Private and semi-private training tailored to each athlete’s goals and development, providing sport-specific programs with full access to advanced equipment, turf space, and recovery resources.
Individual Performance Training:
- 40-minute sessions with AT, PTA or strength coach
- One-on-one
- Utilized for individual performance goals, return-to-sport, and cash-based rehab
Semi-Private Performance Training:
- 40-minute sessions with AT, PTA or strength coach
- Designed for two to four athletes
Development training
Development training builds a strong athletic foundation while improving movement and sport skills. Developing athletes train in groups with a strength coach to develop speed, power, and strength. Available at Livonia locations.
Developmental training options:
- Two days per week
- Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday
- 5:00-6:00 p.m.
- One day per week
- Any day (Monday-Thursday)
- 5:00-6:00 p.m.
Two-month commitment to start, monthly thereafter.

Group and team training is available for athletes to train with peers while receiving specialized, age-appropriate programming for their goals. Athletes will complete a readiness questionnaire to address factors like nutrition and energy, followed by initial sessions assessing functional movement and establish baselines. Ongoing adjustments support progress, with post training testing in the final sessions to measure results and overall improvement.

Recovery at TrinityElite provides affordable access to advanced technology like NormaTec, Game Ready, and Marc Pro to reduce soreness and support peak performance for athletes of all ages and performance levels.
Recovery sessions are available in single, five, and 10-session packages.
