Who and What Can Be Treated

Patients of any age can schedule video appointments, though an adult must be present with patients under the age of 17 during the appointment.

Many appointment types can be conducted over video by your primary care provider or a specialist. If it's your first visit as a new patient, your IHA provider will want to see you in-person. If you need a follow-up appointment, your provider can advise whether a video appointment is a good option to evaluate your condition and answer the questions you may have.
