Shared Medical Appointment: Menopause

Overview of the Program: 

• Small group visits led by a menopause trained provider, with expertise in the care and treatment of perimenopause and menopause
• Sessions are 90 minutes with no more than 12 patients  
• Supportive group environment providing patients with a community of support and an opportunity to share health concerns with others facing similar challenges - Patients will receive an individual evaluation in a group setting
• Discussion about perimenopause and menopause
• Common symptoms and when further evaluation may be needed
• Health screening guidance
• Discussion of treatment options: hormone therapy, vaginal therapies, non-hormonal options and lifestyle strategies

This shared medical appointment is billed like a standard office visit. Coverage and copays depend on your insurance plan.
