Insurance & Coverage

Most services are covered when medically necessary. This includes:

Lesion removal when symptomatic (bleeding, pain, itching) or when malignancy is suspected
Biopsies for diagnostic workup
Treatment of diagnosed skin conditions
Botox® for hyperhidrosis and chronic migraine (with prior authorization)

Cosmetic-only procedures (e.g., removal of asymptomatic benign lesions purely for appearance, cosmetic wrinkle treatment, cosmetic melasma therapy) may not be covered by insurance. We will inform you before any procedure if out-of-pocket costs may apply.
