Dr Guo has a nice combination of professionalism and kindness. I was very upset with the diagnosis and to the best of her ability she answered my questions, most of which could not be answered because they were about the disease process that has not yet occurred. She spent a lot of time with me and it made me feel that I could reach out to her again through the portal if I had concerns between appointments.

I wish she would have asked more questions to understand my concerns. She didn't show any emotion or human kindness. She didn't offer anything extra without me prompting like diet or exercise regimens. I waited a long time to get in to this doctor. Had to meet qualifying diagnostics and many phone calls to ensure medical documents were provided to be considered as a patient. Only to be given the exact same information and much less personal or human approach" to my needs.

As I've already stated she is an excellent doctor.
Multi visit with this dr and she ignore previous recommendations from other dr and other notes from current dr for prescribing medication to prevent additional inflammation and flare up attacking my joints and eye. Dr did read my history and when meet in person spoke down to me when I asked for clarity and future treatment.
I ask question outside her speciality and she was able to help
