I have been living in a stressful time and Dr Ahmed took the time to talk to me and offer encouragement.
Provider was attentive and facilitating in managing tests and prescriptions
I saw Dr. Ahmed because Dr. Alvir was not available. I only needed an EKG for a procedure that I'm having on 8/28.
My appointment was in-person, but the doctor suggested I change it to virtual. I'd never done a virtual appointment, but it went well and I didn't need to go the extra distance to the office I wasn't familiar with.

Sorry got my feedback to staff/provider mixed up...Dr Ahmed got "staff" and I want to mention Elizabeth, his MA. She is very welcoming and has a very pleasant personality that makes more Dr appointments pleasurable, even if we have to talk about something serious. She really takes the edge off when rooming myself and my husband.

The doctor listened and gave suggestions for treating me! I am suppose to see a woman doctor in June which I requested but the doctor I saw was very nice!
My initial visit to the Schoolcraft primary care office was positive on all levels, from receptionist, medical assistant, medical resident, Dr. Ahmed, and the discharge staff woman.
