Dr Kliphuis is very caring, interested in how I am feeling and my over all interest in how my life is going! Dr takes the time and I never feel I am rushed when she is seeing me!
Even though busy with back to school physicals the staff took the time with me that I would have expected. Nicely done
She ordered a chest x-ray for me and wanted me to go directly to the location right from her office so she could get the x-ray before she went home at 7 pm. I was in and out of the x-ray location by 6:05 and told the x-ray tech my dr was waiting for the results and she said she would get it stat to the tech to read and forward to my dr.The results were on my chart by 6:30 and my dr never called me to tell me if I had walking pneumonia or not and she said she would read the x-ray and as of today (the next day) my chart says the team still has not read the x-ray
Was happy with her performance and keeping it pleasant and answering all the things I was interested in covering.
She can't take new clients now. If she could, I would like to be her patient
She seemed concerned and willing to run some test to get to the bottom of things.
I have had Dr. Kliphuis for many years and she knows me so well, I trust her very much with my health.

I knew what was wrong, I get a sinus infection every year, I was put off that I then had a COVID test, RSV test & some other test. All of which was negative & I had a sinus infection. Don't feel I was listened to, but needed the amoxicillan - so I agree to the testing - which was awful. I've never been tested for COVID, never had it, won't ever be tested again.
