He's great. I'm struggling because of the experience due to OWCP and what they are doing. I feel like Dr Mylnarek is trying to be patient and understanding but at the same time it feels like his frustration is impacting his willingness to do what's being asked of OWCP which then causes more issues for me. It's a terrible cycle and I feel horrible about it. I like Dr Mylnarek a whole bunch and feel like I've burned him out because of what I'm being made to do from OWCP
I enjoy that he actually talks to you about how you've been etc. He truly cares about you. I have never felt just like a number or put down or not heard like I have been with some other Doctors. I have been receiving shots in my knees for a long time and he is so careful that they don't hurt at all or just a little but I never drink enough so that don't help. Many think I'm crazy when I say they don't hurt.
After five years of constant knee pain—from age 20 to 25—I had seen 5-6 doctors, gone through physical therapy, taken medications with terrible side effects, and received steroid injections, all with little to no relief. From my first visit with Dr. Mlynarek, I knew this experience would be different. He was kind, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. Dr.Mylnarek is an excellent surgeon, he is caring and he always listens to what I have to say, he has done rotator cuff repair surgery on both my shoulders and I have no complaints, I highly recommend Dr. Mylnarek if you're having problems with your shoulders.
Dr Mlynarek came highly recommended by some friends who had seen him for knee surgery. He was extremely thorough in my examination and spent a lot of time explaining things as to the issue and options to address. He has a wonderful bedside manner, easy to talk to and understand. The office staff was organized, professional and everything was punctual.

I came for a second opinion because the last visit didn't give me any hope or help. I was discouraged and frustrated. Doc listened and should compassion and caring. He offered solutions and a tax plan where the last visit with the other doc did none of those things

Great conversationalist, utmost levels of professionalism, common courtesy, compassion, respect and sympathy.
