PA Khodl was professional, knowledgeable, and all business. There was, in my opinion, no personal connection nor concern for the reality that I am having surgery that requires cutting through my back muscles and entering the area of my spine and L5 to remove a cyst. Sadly, this lack of a personal connection to patients is the trend for medicine and hospitals. Please consider caring about the person and not the procedure and the billing.
My pending procedure was explained and all questions addressed. Very pleased.
