Melissa was kind and compassionate and spent time with me, even though she was seeing me on the spur of the moment. I appreciated the time she spent explaining test results and encouraging me to go to the ER if symptoms continued. She is an extremely caring, genuine NP. I also appreciated Ashley who treated me with kindness and patience. Overall a good experience!

Having to go in not feeling well, her professionalism was encouraging as it is difficult to trust someone that you have not built a history of care with. While seeing my regular doctor is preferred Melissa provided excellent care and helpful solutions to my current health concern.

I made a 3:00 appointment and arrived 15 minutes early as instructed. Although, I had excellent service I was left sitting in the exam room for 42 minutes before she came in. My time is also valuable.

I understand that scripts may be denied or delayed by the pharmacy. However, please notified me if the scripts are denied or delayed by the pharmacy. As we discussed during the visit the scripts would be sent to the nearest pharmacy. Yet the pharmacy did not have the scripts prepared until the following day. I would like to trust healthcare providers more but communication is utterly important to me and my total wellness as well as healthcare.
