Dr. Sleziak has always understood MY particular issues and respects what I do and know about my own body. That counts!

He is the consummate professional, with an outstanding bedside manner. He listens very well, makes the most appropriate recommendations for meds and further care, is excellent with spinal steroid injections, goes the extra mile to learn a new, less-painful technique for injections. He also has a great sense of humor!
I have been getting lumbar and illiopsoas bursa injections with Dr. Sleziak for about 6 years. He is professional, kind, and has always had my best interests at heart, even going the extra mile to improve his technique for the bursa injection---the difference between night and day in the pain associated with that injection!
Highly recommend Dr. Sleziak…he has always done wonders to “fix� me. I feel he gives me my life back (from pain & not being able to sleep bc of it)

Dr. Sleziak has always done a great job on my lower lumbar ablations. I appreciate his skill level to get me as close to "pain free" as is possible at this age. This is the first time he is managing me for everything vs. being referred by Lukasik. I hope I did a good enough job explaining what the process is for when my back flares and starts causing problems before the next ablation in November of 2024.
