Dr. Moore takes the whole pt into consideration and genuinely listens to pt concerns and is timely with responses and referrals requested. He doesn't have his nose in the computer the whole time. Actually takes the time to have a relatable conversation.

The staff at the Saline branch are amazing. However, I have run into a lot of issues with communication from this organization. I originally had a new patient visit scheduled for March 28th and was notified at 7am the day of the appointment that it was cancelled. I also didn't appreciate being notified by the automated system that I needed to be at the office by 6:30am the day of my recent visit only to find the staff doesn't arrive until 6:45.stin
I was completely pleased with my experience with the procedure.

He was very personable and we found ancillary topics to talk about. E.g., I was an ophthalmic tech at Kellogg where his wife was recently treated. We shared some experiences about doctors treating patients as people and not just the body part that's presenting a problem currently.
