She seemed more interested in the laptop features than what I wanted to discuss.

I brought up a pain I have been having with my jaw under my ear. I’ve been to two redo centers in the last two weeks re this…one said it was an inflamed lymph node, the other a salivary duct. Antibiotics were prescribed as with no positive results being realized. Dr. Novakosky feels it is a stone blocking my sub maxillary duct and has ordered an ultrasound to validate her suspicion. I have no doubt that will be the case so hopefully after a minor surgery to remove the stone, I will have no more pain which to date, has been excruciating at times.

I feel the provider is a good provider, but she ifoes not have team effort with her support staff,. This means she can’t concern on what’s wrong with the patient if she constantly has to do administrative duties. Not a helpful staff.
