I feel I can trust Dr. Patel as my primary care physician.
She is always upbeat, knowledgeable about my health status, & is right there after the nurse has completed her functions. She always asks how my wife is, she also treats her. She makes you feel comfortable.

Dr. Patel also printed out information for me. I had sent Dr. Patel two messages regarding this visit as I was a bit nervous meeting yet another new doctor this year. She is my SIXTH PCP doctor since 2017. The pandemic happened, some had babies, some moved to be closer to family, some had husbands who were transferred to another location. So all good reasons, but it's just hard to reestablish that many times with your primary care doctor. Dr. Patel assuaged my apprehension and went one step further that no one else has ever done in my 80 years of doctors. She picked up on my personality from the two messages and actually recommended a book that I might like. . . not about medicine. . . about a character she thought I might enjoy. Being touched by this special gesture, I went home and checked it out at Amazon, bought the Kindle version last night and read for hours. This doctor is one of a kind! You all need to know that! (And I'm picky. . . my dad was a G.P. and surgeon. All of my doctors for the first 30 years of my life were either my dad or his personal friends. I know exceptional medicine when I see it. Dr. Patel is definitely in that category.)
Dr. Patel provided care while my PCP was out of town so she did very well as interim!
She was very polite yet personal- exhibiting knowledge about my medical history, which believe me is quite complex. Unfortunately the reason for my hospitalization was cellulitis and it is still ‘very active’ making me very ill with pain that is is unbearable…It’s all very depressing.
My spouse also changed to dr. Patel as a personal doctor
I feel supported by Dr. Patel when I meet with her about my health. I like the way she communicates with me. I am always smiling after I leave the building because I feel encouraged, heard, respected, and cared for. I wouldn't mind if her appointments were longer.

After leaving my Primary Care doctor (for 10+ years)and other providers in California was hopeful but somewhat apprehensive about making new acquaintances here. In the first few minutes meeting Dr Patel, I felt I’d made the right choice; by the time I left that day, I was certain. I was excited to share the news with my wife, who has her initial appointment with another Dr coming up soon.
I really felt listened to, and that she wanted to help me feel better. I didn't feel dismissed or that my symptoms were downplayed at all. She verbalized her empathy and understanding for how I was feeling. She was very thorough as well, wanting to make sure that my health was addressed from all angles. She made many suggestions for how I could help manage my symptoms. I left feeling confident in the next steps forward.

I feel as though Dr Patel made assumptions rather than asking questions. I did not feel like she took the time, or cared, to try to understand my situation.
Dr. Patel has been a wonderful doctor to me. She’s always prepared for our appointments. She’s a good listener. I am so glad she is now my PCP!

Dr Patel is a so warm, welcoming and above all listens intensely to my questions, and answers them. She is quite aware of all my health issues, and is guiding me through each one. I feel she really cares about my well being.

This was my first experience with Dr. Patel (my usual primary care physician was unavailable), and my immediate medical needs were relatively minor, but based on her close attention to my reported symptoms, her examination, and her personal phone-call follow-up once my bloodwork results were in - and her aforementioned pleasant demeanor - I would not hesitate to recommend her.
