Kimberly McCord, MD, is board-certified in internal medicine and pediatrics. Dr. McCord earned her medical degree from the Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed her combined internal medicine and pediatrics residency through Trinity Health Ann Arbor Hospital for internal medicine and the University of Michigan Medical Center for pediatrics. With 10 years of experience, Dr. McCord enjoys helping her patients make their own informed choices, whether she is seeing newborns, parents, teenagers or grandparents. She is grateful to be able to see entire families through all transitions of life and brings that perspective to each visit, whether someone is living with a chronic condition, is there for a wellness visit or just has a concern.

Dr McCord has been primary care physician for me and both of my children for many years. She has always taken the time to do a thorough exam, address any questions and concerns and provide appropriate care. With my kids she has gone so far as to discuss hobbies, activities they do and amazingly discussed books and made recommendations based on their ages which always amazed me. In this time of in and out/ less than 5 minute visits in the USA she is a true gem.

I appreciated that Dr. McCord addressed my daughter, the patient, directly and spoke to me in more of a supportive role. Not all doctors do this with the developmentally disabled. Dr. McCord was very patient and put extra information in her notes which was helpful.
