Smiles, makes eye contact and shakes hands--does not hide behind a computer screen! Explains thoroughly and always asks if there are questions. Efficient, but not rushed. Surgical experience went very smoothly and pain was well managed. Called 4 days post-op to see how things were going and if there were any questions--impressive!
