I was late to the appointment because I had it put it in my calendar on the wrong day. I got a call from the office and was able to arrive about 10 minutes after the scheduled start. I realize I put the staff in a time crunch but I was able to get all my needs met and questions answered.

The doctor spent the whole appointment talking to me about sleep training. I hadn’t asked about sleep training at all. It was a waste of his time and mine. He’s gave me this same speech about sleep training before, unsolicited. Quite impersonal since I have never asked for help with my baby’s sleep.
