If your practice is running so far behind it would be courteous to reschedule a patient or at least let them know. I don't think it was ever acknowledged.
I was completely happy with my care
I was told be there 30 minutes before my appointment time. I arrived early. My appointment was at 10. I had an xray taken before 10. Then sat in the waiting are until 10:20 before I was called to be taken to a room. Once in the room after the nurse took my weight and asked question. I sat there until 11:06 when the doctor came him. He asked a few questions checked my hips and was out of the room by 11:16. They ordered more imaging and said they would see me after. The doctor’s bed side manner is very rude and dry.
As long as Dr. Healy and Dr. Lenters are in practice i will ALWAYS choose them for my care

I have seen this Dr for other issues as well, I find him to be very knowledgeable about his field. He is a little hard to understand when he talks because of the way he speaks and the fact that he is using words that don't yet have a meaning to me. Overall, I like him very much.

Dr. Healey and his staff are excellent. I was irritated with having to sit in the exam room so long without any explanation of what was happening, or updates as to how much longer it was going to take. Everyone was busy, so I didn't want to ask, for fear of further delay.
I left feeling well informed about my medical issues and the plan for treatment.

Very late for appointment. One hour is too long!

Having had this surgery before, I know what to expect and that’s why I’m back with Dr. Healey. I wouldn’t want anyone else.
