Jesse seems to really listen to the children and address any issues they may be experiencing in a way they understand and are comfortable with.
The reason I gave such a low rating. Is because when I made the appointment I asked for a woman doctor. I had a bad experience when I was younger I realized my appointment was moved up from April 23rd to April 10th which is fine. So when Jamie told me I would have a male doctor just the way she said it I believe she knew that I had requested a female doctor. So I don't understand why your office didn't reschedule me for a woman doctor. Besides that I don't plan on coming back to your office again.

I felt that both nurse and Doc were rushed and not listening.... when I am sick I tend to be a bit more emotional, but I have never gotten back into my car and cried the whole way home. The protocol he prescribed and implemented was excellent, needs improvement on listening skills.
You can read the note about transferring some of my meds to a psychiatrist and maybe I need that. I felt I was rushed. He didn't even turn in his camera. He treated me like someone that doesn't know her meds that I have been taking for 25+ years and never ever asked for an increase. I am well aware of my meds. And the side effects. I just have never been treated like this from a Trinity Health Employee in my 53 years!
I am so thankful for the conversation of helpful tips for my at home care that I can do for myself.

My health issue was not resolved after the recommended ER visit, Ultra-sound, & office visit. I am disappointed & still wi th issues.
Was super easy to talk too, provider understood his ADHD and autism clicks and did not get frustrated with him when he started talking about unrelated topics.

Jesse was respectful & kind and would most likely be an excellent provider. The problem is with his & his supervising Drs fear and refusal to provide care as Trinity has done for almost 20years, It is COMPLETELY understandable not being comfortable treating my rare medical disease, but refusing to treat my other ongoing medical issues, like hypertension, is dangerous.
the office went beyond the call of duty taking care of my 93 year old mother. Thank you.!!

This provider was great. Just probably wouldn't transfer from 7 Mile practice because of unpleasant past experience with this PRACTICE. (NOT this provider, as Jesse was great.)

She is very comfortable around him. He makes going to the doctor not so scary for little ones.
