Diagnosis no bases. Strongly focused and questions about my mental health providers immediately when began appointment. Focused on the computer and didn't turn to look at me when I told him I was hard of hearing. Main reason for seeing him wasn't anxiety. It was tremor.Listed shoulder pain was chronic and not accute. Didn't reference me to lymphedema clinic as requested (forgot?) Performed test for shoulder pain was extreme. I hurt so much I had to take Tylenol and had a mostly sleepless night due to intense pain which continued through the next day.Did not remain near or assist me to get down from the exam table.He went back to the computer and not until he saw I experienced pain With difficulty getting up did he come over and put the stool in front of me rather than at the foot of the exam table. Didn't explain Some of the exams he was doing and tell me of his findings.Only smiled 2x once when he came into the exam room and then right before he left.Didn't reflect all of the exams he did/my concerns in his notesIn his notes he assumed without basis that my allergies were not true allergies.

My only negative, but biggest negative is the lack of urgency with prescriptions with this provider. I am very dissatisfied with the amount of time it took to get the prescriptions sent in to the pharmacy. If there is a repeat, I will be finding a new provider.
