Although she is not my primary provider at this time, I would prefer her to be based on this experience. The level of care I received during this visit stood out, especially in comparison to my experiences at the Westland OB-GYN office. At that location, communication has been a challenge—requests often go unanswered, and I’ve had to follow up multiple times after labs are completed. There is also no direct way to message or contact providers, which makes it difficult to get timely responses. Overall, this provider delivered a much higher level of patient care, and my experience highlighted areas where the Westland office could improve, particularly in communication, responsiveness, and respect for patients.

This was my first time meeting Dr. Burch. I was very pleased with her care. She explained things and answered my questions. She is very easy to communicate with and seemed to be interested in my care.

I’ve discussed my post menstrual bleeding with other gynecologist, and Dr. Burch was the first to thoroughly explain what was going on and outline my options. I’ve had an endometriosis biopsy in the past and it was very painful. The procedure that Dr. Burch performed was not as painful. She talked me through the entire process and I was very satisfied with the exam. I’ve told several of my friends she’s an excellent doctor.
