"I wanted to learn more about the human body and kinesiology along with helping others achieve their functional and health goals."
Dylan is a licensed physical therapist assistant and certified personal trainer. He enjoys endurance races and strength training competitions and has completed 100 Miles Ultra Marathons, half ironman triathlon and physique competitions.
He enjoys working with and helping people optimize their function and health. He also enjoys strength training and cardiovascular training along with learning new concepts and information.
