Dr. Purtell went above and beyond to welcome me to her practice. I feel confident that she can help me achieve realistic goals for my health and well being. I had been dreading finding a new PCP, as I had used my former PCP for over 30 years. Dr. Purtell made me feel like she has my best interests in mind. She included me in discussions and asked for my input. I am so grateful to be able to call her my new PCP.

I was looking for a new IHA provider that focuses on seniors and was relatively near my residence. She made me so comfortable that I decided to go with her after 20+ years with my former provider who I dearly loved.
Awesome! I really connected with my previous PCP and was disappointed when she left IHA. After meeting with Dr. Purtell, no concerns and I am hopeful she stays :)
She was also positive about a plan a friend and I have implemented regarding making contact with each other's family if we suspect issues with one another. Also, Dr. Purtell gave me a verbal RX encouraging me to be more proactive about socializing - when I told her I was "thinking about" joining the local senior center or volunteering within a local school district.
