I came from a really great doctor office. I am hopping all future visits will be like the first one. She listened, to all my concerns and was very detailed in her questions to me. The last IHA (MIlan) I was just a number. I did't feel that way at all here.

I was looking for a new IHA provider that focuses on seniors and was relatively near my residence. She made me so comfortable that I decided to go with her after 20+ years with my former provider who I dearly loved.
Awesome! I really connected with my previous PCP and was disappointed when she left IHA. After meeting with Dr. Purtell, no concerns and I am hopeful she stays :)
She was also positive about a plan a friend and I have implemented regarding making contact with each other's family if we suspect issues with one another. Also, Dr. Purtell gave me a verbal RX encouraging me to be more proactive about socializing - when I told her I was "thinking about" joining the local senior center or volunteering within a local school district.
DR. Purtell listened to all my concerns and explained everything in a clear and understandable manner. She inspires confidence in her abilities to give me the care I need.
