I wouldn't want anyone else he been my main provider for years. He takes the time to listen and gives good advice.

I had fallen coming into the office with a dizzy spell. Dr. Uptigrove spent extra time trying to find out the reason for the situation. He contacted my cardiologist and discussed my medications, along with a complete exam. He was very concerned and thorough with his exam.
Chad has always been exceptionally competent and compassionate. I also appreciate that he answers questions submitted on the patient portal the same day he gets them.
I hope Dr Uptigrove stays with Trinity Health and with Fruitport Family Medicine..I look forward to seeing him yearly and Fruitport is my home.
