She was helpful and she answered my questions. Seems to have a lot of experience. Would recommend her to someone else.
(I simply request an interpreter to ensure that the exchange between myself and the person I am speaking with is fully understood, allowing us to resolve the issue accurately and quickly so that the next person does not have to wait too long. Thank you!)
Kind, pleasant and helpful
Great
Very good concern about patient
She didn't care about me and she doesn't realize that I have a chronic health and chronic migraines. Also, I had some low blood sugar recently and she didn't understand why I went to the hospital ER and wanted to know who sent me to the ER and it was the nurse from this office. I never had low blood sugar before. She couldn't understand why I would check my blood sugar because she said that I wasn't a type 2 diabetic. The week before I was supposed to have an appointment but because I was weak and felt like I was going to pass out at home. I quickly took my blood pressure that was 160/100 and checked my blood sugar and it was 30. I called the doctor's office and talked to a nurse and quickly got some carbs and protein in and waited to recheck the blood sugar. And was told to go to the ER. Then Dr. Chan was guessing what is wrong with my other health issues with a viral infection. She pressed hard on my forehead because it feels like it's tight and pressed hard on my cheeks and she asked if it hurts. I said yes. So then she thinks it's a sinus pressure and she prescribed an antibiotic for sinuses. I was told at the ER that I have a viral infection and it's going to run its course.
Very caring and took the time to explain things
I am very convenience
Dr. Chan was kind and professional. She was knowledgeable and listened well. She was also approachable and humble.
