I did the majority of my appointment with a resident. He was very attentive, listened to my concerns and was able to relay them to Dr S. She then came in and addressed my needs, answered my questions and created a plan.
She listens, doesn't make you feel rushed to talk about your concerns. I trust her and feel very comfortable talking to her.

Dr Alexia is a super Dr. She listens to her patients and talks to them, not over their head. You never feel rushed or pushed out the door to get the visit over with.
Due to the experience I had of not being prepared to be in a room with a resident I was not familiar with, my appointment was delayed and I wasn’t able to get the imaging I requested that day and now need to come back for it. Again, Dr. S is fantastic, I would appreciate and expect that a medical tech let me know next time if it’s only going to be me and a resident or me and a resident WITH my doctor present at the same time.
She is really nice, caring doctor.

I noticed in my after visit notes, that there was note on things that were not actually checked in the appointment. For instance, she did not check my eyes, ears, or nose. However, the notes make it seem like those things were looked at.
