For the past two years, I've been battling a debilitating condition. I've been passed from specialist to specialist, stuck in referral loops, and dismissed at every turn. I've been bounced between the VA and outside providers, with no one taking ownership of my care. Every appointment left me feeling more hopeless than the last.But from the moment I walked into this office, everything was different.The front desk staff greeted me with genuine warmth. The nurse who brought me in for testing treated me with such kindness. I honestly couldn't believe a medical office like this existed - where every person made me feel like I mattered.Then Dr. Antonio walked in, and I finally understood what compassionate care looks like. She didn't rush through my appointment. She didn't make me feel like just another file. She actually looked over my records, listened to what I had to say, and asked thoughtful questions that showed she was truly paying attention.What struck me most was her passion - you could see how much she genuinely loves what she does. She was excited to show me the new eye equipment. Her energy was contagious, and for the first time in this long journey, I left a doctor's office feeling hopeful instead of defeated.Even though we still don't know exactly what I have, she's ordering a test that I've asked two other specialists for - and she offered it without me even having to ask. That alone shows how much she actually listens and understands what her patients need.I'm so grateful I found Dr. Aileen Antonio. She's the kind of doctor who reminds you why people go into medicine in the first place. If every doctor practiced with this level of care and humanity, the world would be a better place.
I will continue to see Dr. Antonio. She has helped me navigate through a rough diagnosis and listens to me when I’m having problems. She works to find a solution to best fit me personally.
Ive already said it. I like her.
She reviews my health history since the previous time I saw her. She goes through my meds. one at a time explaining to me on some of them what the function is. The exams I recieved are very thorough for my condition. I have the highest respect for her and her MA.
I am very thankful to have her in my life. The medical care I recieve from her gives me the knowlege, security, and confidence to move forward, carry on with my life as normal for the most part.

Rather than listening to anything I say she seems to make up What I said in order to make it fit under her own scenerio of events that never happened.
I went to get my eyes tested due to inability to see to read and yet had to fill out my own paperwork which my girlfriend helped me with but there should be more help for people who can't see to read everywhere. It is frustrating especially when it was not a problem before in life.

Kept using the term "preventative care" which had nothing to do with the visit and kept explanations so vague that they lost all meaning
All was very good and comfortable no problems for a old guy who doesn't like city travels. It's easy even living in a place 99.999% of staff or people seeing this even have a clue is located or heard of. Honestly for 1.5 hr drive only like 6 turns after leaving my driveway.
Dr Antonio was excellent with explaining everything to me and made sure to understood her plan for me

I've always been very particular about my vision, my glasses (( I started with glasses at 11 years old, which was pretty late for the need) and have remained actively involved in trying to score the best sight possible. The doctor here Heard things that I told her ran tests, examined thoroughly and even proposed further testing to uncover details I was not even familiar with. I am impressed! Thank you for the excellent experience.

Again, the appointment was wonderful when I was seen. That said I wish I was able to actually continue working at my place of business for the roughly 2 hours of wait time I had in the waiting room prior to the appointment..
