Dr Bilal was genuinely caring and very knowledgeable about my health issues. A real advocate on my side. He took his time and made me feel comfortable.
So impressed with Dr Bilal informative and willing to listen to all of my concerns
Due to my hearing disability, I struggle understanding foreign accents; but this is something I have learned to deal with. Do not change anything your staff are doing now. Good job everyone!

He is GREAT, he listens well (although sometimes he disregards things when I talk), he does well with problem solving, however he sometimes talks over me. He gets things accomplished and does good finding results or tests to figure things out.

My first time visit with Dr. Bilal could not have gone better. He wasn't in a hurry, listened well and gave competent, reassuring assessments and where we were proceeding with any follow up tests/procedures.
I'm a first time patient and looking forward to building a relationship with Dr. Bilal for years to come. I try not to see the Dr. any more than absolutely necessary but when I have to I want to completely trust their care. So far, so good.
