Jennifer has a very up beat attitude and uses humor to relate to us. We really appreciate her happy attitude.

this was expressed in previous comments. The amount I have to pay out of pocket to see a "specialty provider" does not justify the appointment I had. I'm pretty frustrated I will even have a bill based on the experience I had.
