I had a fainting spell due to the mentioning of blood draw as my body often reacts dramatically to even the mention of blood drawing. N.P. Boloens went above and beyond making sure that I was ok! She not only got me juice and crackers, but she got in the floor w me opened the juice for me and held it for me in between sips. She helped me get a pillow under my head and helped my husband w elevating my legs. She also was a wonderful listener when I was describing what the appointment was originally for. She had great suggestions for what is needed for treatment of my appointment concerns. God bless her!! She is fantastic!! Highly recommend her!!:)

Laurel is wonderful. I haven't had a bad experience with her since she started. I feel like I can trust her just as much as Dr. Whipple, which is why I'm happy to be able to schedule with her.

I went to the pharmacy after my appointment to get my prescription and it wasn't sent there. I gave it a few days but it still wasn't sent. I sent a message in mychart to get it sent. Not anything crazy but I would have liked to start using my medication sooner.

I do get anxious in doctor's offices, but it helps a lot when I feel in control of what's happening. Talking with you was such a delight and I'm happy to have you on my care team. :D
