Pregnancy and the post-partum period can bring about changes that can impact emotional well-being. Our Perinatal Program provides compassionate, evidence-based care for parents experiencing mood, anxiety, or adjustment challenges during pregnancy and after birth. Our program is designed to strengthen coping skills, nurture healing and increase bonding with your baby.

We serve individuals experiencing:

  • Postpartum depression
  • Pregnancy related mood or anxiety symptoms
  • Post Partum Psychosis
  • Birth or pregnancy related trauma
  • Perinatal OCD or intrusive thoughts
  • Emotional overwhelmed

Program details:

  • 3 hours a day - 3 days per week
  • Babies who are non-mobile and alongside parents are welcome
  • Suitable for individual who can manage daily activities, but need more support
